elky!!!!!!!!! i live in ohio and have major problems, where i live its easier to get them off the streets, but i dont wanna do that thats just one of the many problems... if you could recomend any one i would appreciate it!!! this has been nothing but a ongoing struggle/hassle for me and im ready to give up.

your kidding right!!!!! theres people out there having a hard time keeping a good DR who have bad medical problems and your on here talking about trading your medications! Its sh** like that, that makes it hard for people damn.......................

I am in Pittsburgh, PA. I have been having chronic shoulder and lower back pain and Vicodin seems to be the only thing that helps. I'm allergic to Percocet and can't take Ibuprofen bc of stomach surgery. Can anyone tell me a doctor in Pittsburgh, PA who will prescribe this for me?

I am looking for a doctor or pain clinic in the Minneapolis area who prescribes pain killers for chronic pain. My GP gave me 3 months supply of Norco to cover me til I can find a pain dr. the pills don't even touch the pain.

I was in a car accident and fractured many neck vertebrae and middle back, along with pretty much every broken bone on left side. I haven't worked since. I am now working full time and am given 2 lortab 10's every 12 hours. This is not helping. I barely make it through the day. I don't have insurance but can pay out of pocket. I need to know of a doc in montana or Idaho that is reasonably priced and will understand my dilemna. Please any response would be helpful. I feel broken every morning I wake up, with only 1 lortab I can take. It doesn't even come close to touching the pain I feel.

RIGHT NOW MY DOC. THAT I FOUND THOU A SERVICE THINKS I AM GETTING IT SOME WHERE ELSE AND I AM IN VERY SICK WITHDRAWALS I HAVE BEEN ON VIC, FOR 5YEARS NOW NOTHING I AM VERY VERY SICK, ANYONE THAT COULD HELP PLEASE

Something is wrong, that was a mistake. You can fill your prescription without a problem. Their are many, many great doctors. The first doctor I sent to, did blood work, and had me get an MRI to see what my back problem is. He put me on pain med's the first visit. Doctors know when you are really having pain, andthey are there to help . I am sorry your having such problems. Hope all goes well

Here's the bottom line.... the DEA SUCKS, the majority of drs. envision themselves as "G-ds" with a script pad. Their oaths to "do no harm" mean NOTHING anymore. They treat patients like 4 year olds, lecturing and keeping an eagle eye on- just CERTAIN that they're going to "like" their meds a little too much. Undertreated or NO treated pain leaves many with no other choice than to hit the STREETS. I have been to at least 5 PM drs, and all but ONE was a waste of time. I got kicked out because the nosey meddling DEA informed them one fine day that I had had 2 scripts filled in the same month one time. (ONE time, mind you). And it was even a script that I had from about 5 months PRIOR, and I didn't want it to get expired, so I FILLED it!) What would YOU do? Exactly! ;)
