From the limited information I can find, I am still seeing it listed as containing:

100mgs of Phenylbutazone (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory):

200mgs of Methocarbamol (a muscle relaxant):

and Dexamethasone (a corticosteroid):

As to if it changed or why, I really do not have that information.

From your listing the only thing that has changed is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The company may have changed it due to problems with it or complaints.
