No, this is a Mexican medication that is listed as containing a vitamin B complex and Diclofenac.

The FDA classifies Diclofenac as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and/or swelling. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

The diclofenac in it is an nsaid like ibuprofen. I would avoid it.
