Detoxin On Liquid Methadone Can I Take 10mg Meth Pills Without Failin A Urine

im on a methadone clinic and im on 125mgs, they started to detox me 7 mgs a day cause i failed to pay them 50 dollars. i wont have the money for a few days and i was wonderin if i could take 10mg meth pills to compensate. if anyone has went thru this could u please tell me if i should take them or deal with the withdrawl for the next few days

Yes u can take the 10mg pill I am also detoxing 5mg a day but I owe 400 my husband won't help me so I'm suppose to start a new job but am so sick so I know what your going through my does is 155mg and now I'm down to 40 so its very hard I'm very suicidal have bad withdrawels and nobody wants to help me so I'm al alone on this.this clinic has changed my life for the better but now that this is happening idk what will happen

Methadone is methadone. You can take the pills and test fine.. i was on 120mg and would take another 80 of pills everyday.. and always tested okay..thats when my dose was high.. thankfully i lowered it and have great pain management now.. but anyway.. yeah you can do that..

They can further analyze your U/A to the metabolite levels, so say your detoxing and you take 5 methadone pills all at once. If they do check metabolite levels then yes they can tell, but most clinics only check the sample to make sure it's positive for methadone, but if they want they can look for the metabolite level, and if you've ever had a peak or trough drawn at the clinic they can estimate how fast your metabolizing your methadone.....so to make a long story short yea they can tell.

I'm in a similar situation but the Dr took some mercy on me and is taking me down 2 mg a day. But I bought some pills to supplement the withdrawal. The thing is it takes 5-7 days to feel the withdrawal really catch up to you, I haven't needed anything yet but if you do just take 10 a week to start. You'll be fine.

I don’t think you’ll go thru that much withdrawl if you’re on that high dose. Wait it out for a few days. And if you see no withdrawal you should ask to lower your dose.
