Cypralex

i stopped cypralex very very slowly after more than a year of taking it ...of course i feel down again and more anxious but i'm seeing a psycotherapist to help and i dont want to take pills anymore coz when u stop them teh pb will coem again if u odnt solve teh root of the pb ...anyways i would like to know what are the symptoms when stopping it ..coz i have this feeling of dropping with my heart ressembling to what u get when u first want to sleep and u wake up,i get it often during the day not in any specific time,maybe when i get up or think of soemthing emotional ...i dont know if it is related ?please help me with a site or an experience .thank you
