Coveram 10/10 And Potassium

I take salt tablets during exercise due to the heat in the tropics & sweating. They have Potassium in them, they stop me cramping. Is there a problem or would I recognise it if there was?

Has your potassium level been checked? That is what would provide you with an answer. Levels that are too high or too low can be very dangerous. Thus, it's best to have it checked regularly, especially if you've been taking supplements that contain it.
