The Oxycodone is actually the strongest of the narcotics used to treat pain. So, this is stronger than the Vicoprofen was and does not contain the Ibuprofen.

The IR stands for immediate release, whereas the Vicoprofen was a regular release tablet.


Side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.
