Coproximol contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, commonly sold in the US under the brand name Darvocet and sometimes as Darvon in other countries.
This is a mild narcotic analegesic.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
