Concerta Urine Testing

Hi there, they started testing my son doing a urine test and Concerta is not showing up in his system. I know that he takes it each day. I have had the socical workers here. He has told them. I have had to take him for testing each time for his Med's and it has got the best of him. I do not understand why it's not showing up. And now they have made his condition even worse he tells me he is crazy, takes spells crying. I need some help!

Concerta contains Methylphenidate. Have you actually watched him taking the pills and do you know what kind of test they are doing?

This is a stimulant used to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy, so it should show up if they are running a test for stimulants.

Has he shown any of the normal drug side effects, such as nausea, headache, irritability or insomnia?

Go to the drug test place with his concerta pill and have him take infront of them then sit there until they need the urine and then when doesn't come out on the test then have them document that it doesn't show up by the supervisor.
