From what I've been able to find, these are actually various foreign brand names and/or misunderstandings of the name of the medication Citalopram.

This drug is an SSRI antidepressant, which is most commonly used to treat major depressive disorder, though it does have some other off-label uses, such as treating anxiety, PMDD and premature ejaculation.

Is this the correct medication?

There are more Citalopram details available here.
