Is cilift addictive?and how strong is it as a medication?

Cilift contains the active ingredient Citalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant, so no it isn't actually addictive.

It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.

As to how strong it is, that's really difficult to say with this class of medications, it really depends on how well it works for the individual taking it. Not everyone gets the same results from it.
