Well, basically, growth for girls stop at the age of 18 while to men,it stops at the age of 21.. I do not know if cheriffer can still make the growth hormones work although you're 18 already.

Almost one month na akong nagtetake ng cherifer pero hindi tuloy tuloy (naisum up ko lang kung ilan na yung nainom ko) almost one month na. Hindi ko alam kung effective sya. Bago ako uminom nagbabasa muna ako ng posts dito. Umiinom ako ng cherifer every 10 pm kaya lang sumasakit yung tiyan ko. Pero ang dami ring nagsasabi na parang tumatangkad daw ako, napansin ko din yun (sana nga) pero hindi ko alam ang height ko bago ako magcherifer at height ko ngayon. Iniinom ko cherifer pgm minsan with zinc. Pwede po ba yun na paiba iba ang iniinom? sana nga po talaga tumangkad pa ako. btw im 19 and a girl

Hi, I'm a Girl turning 18 this March, 2013th. I was bit frustrated sa mga comment about less possibility for 18 and above of Age (for girls). Well, I'll be starting just TODAY (Jan. 10, 2013) to take Cheriffer PGM, so I have less than 2 Months before I'll turn 18, (March 20, 2013). But then, I'm not losing hope and I agree, it's obvious to put effort while taking this med rather than to take this med and just wish upon the star, that's not it. On the other hand, great factor din ang Genes talaga. I can't say my Parents are tall, also w/ my Siblings pero 'di rin sila maliit. So, it'll be worth trying if effective, but if NOT then ano pang magagawa natin, we'll die anyway, lol. We have our own reasons to be desperate about this, and for me, my dream is to be a Super Model, I'm far from that dream kc 5 Flat lang ako, so yes, I'm desperate and eager to become tall, plus 5'11 ang Boyfriend ko, it sucks but cute that when we hug each other e sa Chest niya lang ang Ulo ko at gusto ng Parents niya ang matangkad na babae for him kac lahi talaga nilang matatangkad. Hehe. Ok, so I'll update everyone here if may improvement sakin after 2 Months, I'll work hard for this. Thanks for this discussion as well, magandang malaman ang opinions ng iba.

Hello. I'm 19 yrs old. Male I've been taking cherifer Pgm in my Hs Days. Before I was in 1st yr. mga 5'4 lang ata ako nun. Din Pagtungtung ko ng 4th yr. Nagulat ako kc yung Height ko from 5'4 to 5'9. mga 15 yrs old pa ata ako nun. Pagtungtung ko naman ng college tumgigil na ako sa pag inum. yun don na. hanggang 5'10 1/2 nlng itinangkad ko. kaya ngayon Im starting to take cherifer pagm ulit para umabot pa ako ng 6. hehehe ^_^ Sana nagwork out na. may improvement na. Mga 2 weeks pa ata ako nagumpisa magtake ulit.

ilang months po bago mo makita ang epekto ng cherifer at anong oras ito iniinom, breakfast,lunch or dinner?

for girls, if you're 18 it isn't advisable anymore as well as for guys who are 21.. that's what my doctor said when asked if I can still take it since I'm still 21.. coz that's the time where your growth hormones have stopped. it may be effective in an abnormal way like example ung arms mo lang ang lalaki, or legs..etc. ndi na proportionate pag pinilit pa..

Guys ..tips ko lang sa inyu .. kapag para ma sure na merong good result kailangan din dapat mag stretching... maraming madaling stretching na focus fir promoting human growth hormones...
Sa gloxie required maging active or stretching para magkarook ng space and mga buto para tumubo...

grabe gusto ko rin madagdagan rin ung height ko mga 5'6 kc maliit pa sa akin itong height ko na 5'2.gusto ko pag tumangkad ako sakto sa taba ng katawan ko ang pangit namang matangkad ka pero payatot.itong papalapit na vacation march 2013 mg-start ako na iinom ng cherifer.
im 15 years old ask ko lang po my possibity bang tumaba? ka sa cherifer nato kasi ung gusto ung height ko sakto lang sa katawan ko

dba ang sabi helps to maximize teenagers potential growth..ibg sbhn kng ang katawan nio ay my kakayahang pang mag grow imamaximize nya toh..so depende din sa genes nio..kng mttangkad ang lahi nio..swerte kc sa stage ng paglaki nio mamamaximize ang height nio.so wlang mssyng na pnhon. pra nmn sa mga d katangkadan..halimbawa 5"3 5"4 or smth.. yan n tlga genes nio so wlang imamaximize sa inio.. kng ngttake kau nito mpapansin nio immune system lng ang ngbabago sa inio..just be happy nln sa height nio.. btw im 18 yr old ..5"9ako before then nagtake aq nito ng less than a month plus exercise (gym,basketball,badminton,walking,stretching,healthy diet..specially my protein intake)and im so happy 6ft nako naun..and now im targeting about my 6ft.and 2inchs. i think its possible kc mga pinsan ko puro 6ft and abov heights nila..(its all about genes,foods,environment,exercise ..itong cherifer pra skn additional lng dn..so see for urself nlng)

Hello all, my name is Jayjay and I am 12 years of age, I've been taking cherifer since I was in my childhood age 8-9 taking cherfier and now that I am 12 years old, I still take it. I do not doubt the effect of this supplement, it has been effective for me.

Based on my experience, when I am like 10 I stopped taking this supplement, but when I am 11 I think, I started again, I did many research on how to grow taller naturally, and I combine those things into my daily life, (ex; height increasing stretches, light body exercises, basketball, little bit swimming, jugging and many more) and I continue with it, and you won't believe the results, I grew up an inch and a milimeter, and still growing up! My father's height is like 5'11, my mother is like in average height, and so my sister is 5'6, my aim when I grow up is like 5'11 or 6ft tall. Also, proper diet and nutrition intake is needed, proper exercise and those stretching is combined with your supplement intake, to fully grow taller, and also it's in the genes again, it's a big role, but with good diet, exercises and good nutrition intake can maximize your growth spurt.

Also, in the other side, I would like to tell you guys the real help of 'believing', psychological belief that you are really growing taller could really help you! Believing with your physical nutrition, diet, and exercises combined with believing can really boost your confidence to grow up, and can take away those stress that can hamper your growth, and it can really manifest if you believe on it!
