It's called a yellow jacket. Mostly caffine, used as a dietary supplement.

This capsule is an old generic of Stacker 2, it was used for energy and weight loss, but it contained a form of Ephedrine, which could be dangerous in some people that take it, so it was removed from later formulations, due to the risks of cardiac dangers.

The FDA also warns that it carries the risk of causing increased blood pressure, and heart rate.
