Hi Teddy,

From what I understand, neither Tylenol (Acetaminophen) nor Diphenhydramine (an anthistamine) act on opioid receptors or interact with suboxone in anyway. So personally I don't see how it could possibly interfere with suboxone being inside or outside of your system (during a detox) from a pharmacological point of view. However it would probably be a good idea to double check with your doctor anyways for that added peace of mind.

Some alternative considerations that may also be worth looking into are, homeopathic sleep aids, melatonin, magnesium, various herbal preparations, ashwaghanda root, valerian root, white noise, meditation, CBD's, etc...

Melatonin is amazing. Tried sleep meds --didnt put me to sleep & groggy. I had a reversed sleep schedule ruining my life for years & tried a cheapy melatonin $1 store and it did not work later out of desperation I got a better quality melatonin at Walmart ---
It is a miracle!!!!! Totally back to daytime! No grogginess & no sleepiness i put it under my tongue five minutes later my lids get a little heavy & appsrently the next time i close them --im out!!! No stage of "falling asleep" really, i just go to sleep!!! And that it also is good forcmuscle recovery & repair--muscle--it amazing!!!
