Can Urine Drug Tests Show The Difference Between Oxycodone And Endocet

So I have a prescription for Endocet 10-325ZMG but I ran out and I took 2 of my wife's oxycodone 10Mg. I might have a UA tomorrow for work. Will they be able to tell the difference between the two pills in my UA?

no, if it is a standard drug screen done by your job they both will only show as opiates. Now if you were to go to pain clinic for pain management they have more specific testing and I cannot say for certain that they will show up the same or different for that matter. It is always best to take your prescription as prescribed and avoid taking other peoples prescriptions as im sure you know. good luck to you!

You are 100 percent fine, no worries they have the same main ingredient which is Oxycodone the only difference is one has tylenol and one does not. Since tylenol is over the counter it makes no difference. No test would be able to tell the difference because there is no legal difference. Having tylenol in your system is not a issue

No because Endocet is the brand name of the oxycodone. Oxycodone is the generic name of Endocet. In other words no because they are the same thing.
