Hello, Katie! How are you?

This is an antibiotic ointment, so no, it will not do anything to help with any lupus symptoms.

What medications are you on for it?

Hi ! I m wonder if "hypo tears" (eye drops) could be find in Mexico, I was using them for almost 20 years for eye dryness but it's been discontinued , let me tell that I have tried every single eye drops over the counter and none of them works for my condition, also was prescribed "Restasis") by my Eye Dr. and nothing has happened I still have 2 boxes sealed I was on this med for 90 days accordingly to directions. So if someone knows of any other meds that will help let me know please, including home remedies.Thanks.
