nope unless they send it off for specific testing to make sure you're only taking what ur suppose to. they call that a GCMS at the methadone clinic I go to. if they don't do th st then s normal 10 panel will shoe just benzodiazepines

If the urine test is positive for Benzodiazepine, then the must send it for confirmation, at the confirmation stage, it will be looking for the metabolites of Alprazolam. So, that is very expensive. A dipstick test cannot tell the difference.
