Caflam contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, swelling and fever.

There is no reason it can't be used, if you are suffering pain or cramping, unless your doctor has told you not to use it.

However, it can cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
