The tablet which you are describing (blue oblong L050) is Ibuprofen PM manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals. It contains Ibuprofen 200 mg + Diphenhydramine Citrate 38 mg, and is an over-the-counter combination of a pain reliever and sleep aid.
