This is a Tylenol Cold tablet (hence the TYC), which also contains the same ingredients as Tylenol PM, 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and drowsiness.

There can be serious dangers associated with taking too much Acetaminophen, so please don't exceed the recommended daily dosages.
