This is an antihistamine that helps block production of stomach acid, in the US it is most commonly found under the trade name Pepcid.

The real thing is for pain but this stuff will make you sick as a dog I took 5 Pills and was up for 17 hours . No sleep from this stuff. Save the money let me kick you in the nuts lol and after the pain go's you will sleep like a baby.

They are completely fake. My husband got some from a buddy from mexico too. Large white capsules with no markings...it fidnt make us sick or anything..
Slept fine, but they did absolutely nothing.

Blocacid is there to buffer your Stomach as daily use of an NSaiD can cause problems. This medicine is not available in the U.S.
