I do not seem to find this anywhere. maybe it is an over the counter medication or a medication from another country. Typically, the US requires that there be a number and letter or sign or unique imprint on prescription medication so it can be easily identified. Perhaps Verwon will be able to identify it when she comes online next. Sorry I couldnt help.

I really think this is from another country. Sorry I cant help.

This is not Extasy, nor a foreign pill. I found it listed in my professional database. It is actually an over the counter supplement, there are two of them with the same markings, the ingredients are different, but they are touted to relieve headaches and migraine pain. They are manufactured by a company named Heel.
Here's the ingredient info for both tablets with that marking:
Aconite 5 X, Calcium Sulfide 10 X, Capsicum 6 X, Chamomile 4 X, Ferric Phosphate 10 X, Plantain 4 X, Potassium Chlorate 6 X, Pulsatilla 4 X listed as a homeopathic remedy.
Here's the info for the migraine tablet:
Acetic Acid 6 X, Aranea Diadema 8 X, Arsenic Trioxide 6 X, Asafoetida 6 X, Bryonia 30 X, Calcium Phosphate 10 X, Carbo Vegetabilis 10 X, Cinchona Officinalis 4 X, Condurango 4 X, Curare 10 X, Ergot 6 X, Kalmia Latifolia 8 X, Lycopodium 6 X, Mercuric Oxide Red 10 X, Phosphoric Acid 6 X, Pulsatilla 4 X, Silicea 10 X, Sodium Sulfate 6 X, Strychnine Nitrate 8 X, Uranyl Nitrate 12 X also listed as a homeopathic remedy.
There you go, hopes this helps explain this one!
What company is this from and can you provide any links to what the BHI OM pill is?
