What for the medicine is used?

I am 83.My weight 74kg-75kg My height 5feet 6 inches. My blood pressure fluctuates between 180-160/80-90 I had heart bypass surgery, about a year back.. I am taking Beta loc 25 1 tab in the morning and half a tab in the evening. Today Doctor has prescribed 1 tab of cardace 2.5 mg. Kindly advise.

My 12 year daughter is suffering from migraine prophylaxis since last one year and the doctor has prescribed the following medicines
Sibelium 10 mg for six months to be taken daily one
Betaloc 25mg for three months to be taken twice daily
Meftal Forte to be taken on SOS basis
Omez 20g for two months to be taken daily in empty stomach
