If you take methamphetamine daily, what besides the 3 to 4 days of non use will help to clean it out of your system for a urine test?

I took methamphetamine at 4am and have to pass a home cup drug test later at sober living? I am prescribed vyvanse but I will fail for methamphetamines and just amphetamine also because add meds and methamphetamine don't fail for the same thing and both methamphetamine and amphetamine are on the test. Is there a way I can blame the fail for methamphetamines on the add meds? Please help me out here? I need a solution for this. Either passing the test some how within 24 hours of dosing or an excuse for false positive due to my add script?

I have been drinking Palo azul, a gallon of it and had methamphetamine... I have to be at my pain clinic at 1pm today..it is 4:30am now...this is a new pain clinic as my pain doctor of 14 yrs just retired. So I go see a new doctor today at 1pm...I read a lot that Palo azul will detox you... MY QUESTION IS IF I HAD METHAMPHETAMINE THE SAME DAY WILL I PASS? BECAUSE THEY WILL PROBABLY SEND IT OUT TO GET RESULTS..... I'VE DRANK A GALLON OF PALO AZUL AND LOTS OF WATER..I'M STILL DRINKING IT..IT'S 4:30am on December 23rd, 2015. MY PAIN CLINIC DRUG TEST FOR THE NEW DOCTOR IS AT 1:30PM TODAY...I PARTOOK 3 HOURS AGO...PLEASE HELP ME....

I had about a 1/2 gram of methamphetamine and some heroin after being clean for 36 months. Anyway ive been clean for about 8hrs and I have a test on tuesday morning. What helps to flush it or whatever and what's your input on the positive or negative results??

I have been using for about 5 days did about 5 grams do it pretty regular might go a few days here and there without but at seven o clock tonite I won't be doing it will i be clean by 9am next Tuesday

Warm lemon water flushes your system a great to detoxify your body quick. I use a 1/4 fresh lemon sqeeze it into coffee mug fill with hot water let steep with remailing lemon rind and all for 3min sweeen with honey if it is too bitter. Do this 3-4 times a day hope this helps oh yeah be prepared to pee alot
