Sun Pharma manufactures Benfomet capsules in India. It says benfotiamine mecobalamin and pyridoxine hydrochloride capsules. Is this a vitamin capsule?

Benfometplus is a better option than Benfomet.
Benfometplus need to be taken 30minutes or 60minutes before food.
It can handle bloodsugar spikes.
mmeans before food goes in and kicks up sugarlevels,this befotiamine should be present in the system to handle the problem.
