I found 2 pills in me childs room they are oval,light yellow and one side says barr the other side 555/444 can you please tell me what they are

The pill in description is Hydrochlorothiazide (50 mg) + Triamterene (75 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure and edema (water retention).
