Is the imprint NVR on one side and the DO on the other? If so it matches with the other characteristics you have listed. Perhaps this pill is something called Diovan, 40mg. Actually it would be the generic form of Diovan, which name currently escapes me. Anyway...this is a medication that treats high blood pressure. I'm not 100% sure that this is a generic Diovan, but relatively sure it is.

Actually, the generic is Valsartan, (sp.?)

I am not sure about this one, as the poster says hexagon, and the Diovan of that description is round, here's the pic from walls:

P.S. Yep, you spelled it right.

I think it says the imprint is hexagon because it says the pill is a round little beige pill. I am confused about this one but why is the title over it antidepression? Now I'm really confused.

It's good to know that I'm not the only one confused here. I think...when I read the entry again the person is saying that there is a DO and a PICTURE of a hexagon on the small round beige pill. Could that be it?

Could be, but if that is the case, it doesn't match any pills that I found.

hopefully, they will send more or better information and between the two of us we can locate it for them.

And therein lies the basic problem, many people come here and post, and only a small percentage every return, so we may just be left to wonder. You figure, each time we have replied they have gotten an email notification and haven't returned yet, so...

The similar pill (possibly exact) pill I have is yellow/beige, small, round, with nothing on one side and a hexagon with a D0 in the middle of it on the other side. I have no idea what it could be.

Timtim, is the DO actually in the middle of the hexagon?

Believe it or not I think I finally found the little bugger! It is simply an enteric coated 81mg asprin (I think made by Gold Standard), used for stroke/heart attack prevention. What a fun time tracking this down huh?
