How long does it take to get good results? I've been on it for one wk & it has not helped a bit, in fact, I'm not focusing or able to remember what is as of me.

This is a stimulant, a generic for Adderall, it is used to treat conditions such as ADHD and narcolepsy. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, weight loss, and nervousness.

Speedo, the 20mg is double the dosage of the 10.
