Amoxicillin Dosage 1

I took my first dose of amoxicillin at 4pm can i take second midnight before i go to bed and then start regime tomorrow?

The dosing instructions for Amoxicillin are largely dependent on the severity and type of infection you have. So unfortunately I can't offer you any specific dosing advice without knowing what type of infection you're taking it for. You may want to confirm dosing and administration details with your doctor if there's something unclear about your regimen.

However, as a guideline, the usual adult dose of Amoxicillin for "most types of infections" is 500 mg orally 3 times a day or 875 mg orally twice a day for 7 to 10 days

I had three back tooth removed yesterday by my oral surgeon doctor and was prescribed amoxicillin 500 mg 3 times a day for 7 days ,today at 6 AM I took my first amoxicillin pill ,then at 2 PM I went and took my second amoxicillin 500 mg pill, at 4:20 PM I was laying on my bed curtains drawn,room dark I reached for my naproxen pain medication and accidentally grabbed and swallow the wrong medication. Instead of drinking my naproxen I dranked another amoxicillin 500 mg which was suppose to be for 10 PM tonight. Should I not take the 10 PM amoxicillin tonight or should I take the amoxicillin 500 mg at 10 PM tonight and just start the amoxicillin 500 mg regime all over again tomorrow at 6 AM.
