Diarrhea can be a normal side effect of most antibiotics, including this one, so it's completely normal to experience that while taking it. Just check in with your doctor if it gets too severe and make sure that you don't become dehydrated. You may also experience nausea, dizziness and a non-allergic skin rash.

I am a 69yr old female and have had bronchitis for 2 months have being given 3 steroid shots, n 3 antibiotic, and 2 times amoxicillin .. they just gave me amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets,usp 875mg/125mg, which i was afraid to start, just took my first one..i'm not sure if they know what there are doing at this point. and also cough syrup,...and mucinex dm over the counter. will welcome any advice, comments
