Am I Pregnant Should I Take One More Pill??

i had sex wid my bf 5 days ago. we are having regular sex after that. than he dropped a little of his semen into me, i took umwanted 72 after 2 days. but some1 told that it is necessary to have period after that tablet. but i am not having periods. i have a low haemoglobin level and thyroid problem too... i am worried and not sure that am i pregnant or not. plz give some suggestions and solution. i dont want to be pregnant sud i take one more pill?
