Adco Alzam For Insomnia
UpdatedI suffer from insomnia caused by eltroxin 100mg a day for the last 29 years as I have a dysfunctional thyroid. I am on cholesterol medication for carotid artery disease and blood pressure medication. I have been prescribed Stilnox 12 mg to sleep and amitriptyline 10 mg to help relax. I have also been prescribed adco-alzamo .5mg. Can I take this instead of sleeping tablets and amitriptyline? I go to the gym 3 times a week and walk every day. I have tried herbal remedies with no success.
