I am 69 yrs old woman who suffer from gastic and used to take Aciloc 150 in few months before. As I have the same problem again, forget the dosage I had previously, please let me know how to take it now.

Pathirana, this site is not medical professionals, so we cannot possibly tell you what dosage you should take and how/when to take it.

Have you asked your doctor?

If you are using the over the counter dosage, the information lists the dosing as one tablet taken with a glass of water, may be taken twice daily, but do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.

Tony, yes, as I listed in my pior post, the common side effects may include:

nausea, flatulence, drowsiness and dizziness.

As I am suffering heartburn (acididty) since last three to four months. I had gone through the course of Pan-D for two months. Now I am taking Aciloc-150 mg. So please tell me, if there is any side effects of these drugs then suggest me how to avoid and control the acidity.

This may increase your blood pressure. Called high blood pressure....better take medicine as less as possible. My mom got high blood pressure because of long time use of this medicine.
