I am almost entirely positive that it is a Cialis pill, although most likely it is generic, otherwise there would probably be some kind of brand mark on it, such as a C, etc. I have seen the pill you are talking about many times, and I am almost completely positive that is what it is, although I cannot give any guarantees, or tell you what milligram/dose it is, or if it is intended as the 12hr, 24hr, etc.

It s an experimental drug used for the treatment of Depression and Anxiety. It is on medical trail in South Africa at the moment and is no commercially available.
