I am pretty sure the pill is intended to be white - Based on the pill which you are describing with imprint ZC02 amidst a cross [+] (double score) is Promethazine 25 mg manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals. You can view an image from the manufacturer.

Im prescribed 25mg promethazine and just last night i sat 2 of them on the dreeser, woke up dis morning and they were pink. Im lost now becaues they are fully white in my bottle. Idk what to do now

I am also prescribed promethazine and I had a couple of the white 25 mg tablets loose in a cabinet. When I went to retrieve them they were pink or more of a peach color. I would love to know what causes these pills to change colors.

Wow, this is the first time I have ever heard of a pill changing color, naturally. I also wonder what causes the transformation. My guess is oxygen, light, or heat. I would like to re-create this chemical reaction with liquid or something. I wonder what all the factors are that could have caused this.
