I have to say the company you heard from is quite off... comparing zubs to subs is like comparing pure un cut coke to Pepsi!!!

420: Are you having Indica or Sativa? When I was smoking, I was very sensitive to Sativa, and especially the combination of Sativa and Bupe. Made me feel like I was in withdrawal, actually. Nauseous, shaky, sort of like you said. Indica, being the "downer", is definitely more compatible with Bupe in my opinion. Sativa is the "uppers" of marijuana. And not compatible with my system in the least. I realize since you are a smoker, you probably already know the difference between Sativa and Indica, so bear with me. Just giving information. I never EVER got that feeling from Indica, with bupe or without.

Been prescribe 8 milgram Suboxone 2x daily for 2 years now.. But recently have been given the zubsolv 1.4 8x daily.. I dont know if it is my body trying to adjust to the change, but I dont feel good anymore.. Zubsolv doesn't seem to be as strong to me.. Has anyone else gone through this??

Same here. Im barely getting any relief if any, I feel like the suboxone film absorbs better and the tablet gets wasted.

Hi im new to zubsolv.. Just got on it today. Doc told me to wait until i was in withdrawl and to take one. I did and wait a half hour and nothing. Still in withdrawl. So i took another one and waited over an hour and its not working. Suboxone would start working within 15-20 mins after taking it.
Anyone else experience this?
Why isnt it working?

So I was taking suboxone and I got ahold of the zubsolv and I'll tell you what it threw me right into withdrawal. It did nothing but make me an angry a**hole. I couldn't interact with my wife and kids. It's no good, stay away from zubsolv. It's the devil. Keep on the suboxone if you know what's good for you, just saying.

If it was THE EXACT SAME THING, why would they need to formulate another med? I know there are generics of the same med, but these are marketed as 2 different medications! Maybe it is bc of each individual's chemical make-up, but I don't agree w you. On Zubsolv now, used Suboxone a few yrs ago.. Not the same!!

I didn't respond as well to Zubsolv. It is much milder than the Suboxone strips. This could be because I've been taking brand name Suboxone for 3 years. Suboxone has been a key factor in turning my life around. Zubsolv reminded me slightly like Subutex. However, I would even recommend Subutex over Zubsolv. Everybody's body is different.

Have you heard of Zubsolv affecting libido? I have been on it almost 2 years and I have 0 libido. If there is a day where I'm kind of in the mood I am unable to climax. I want to know if this is a normal side effect?

CHAD: Opioids in general affect libido. I don't know if you are purely a pain patient, an addict, and if so what your drug of choice is, etc... But opioids in general can lower libido, and aren't exactly known for getting the ol' Evinrude cranking, if you get what I mean. Methadone, Oxys, etc, can definitely cause such side effects.

I took a 5.7 Zubsolv about 30 minutes ago, but I'm still having withdrawals from coming off of Opana. Did I take it right or should I take another one? Please reply to my message.

MICHELLE: I'm so sorry, I just saw this message. I am hoping you are adjusting to the Zubsolv. You may have taken it too soon after the Opana. If you take Bupe (Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv) too soon after doing "regular" opioids, you can have what's called precipitated withdrawals. They are like MEGA-withdrawals, and all you can do is wait for those Opana to clear your system, and then start the Bupe again.

I agree.. I was on suboxone for 6 months and my life was going great then i had to end up going to another doctor and he put me on zubsolv and to me it clearly doesn't work the same.. I'm on 11mgs of zubsolv compared to me being on suboxone and im still having bad cravings... I don't know what to do but i do know i want to stay clean.

Bulls***, the 12 mg strip is not the same as an 8. It's more and the zubsolv are weak. You spread misinformation.

After seven long years of a heavy oxycodone addiction, this drug has given me hope of a new life. I was always afraid to stop on my own because of fear of withdrawal thus lead me to only consuming more and more. I was taking 300 to 400mg a day of oxycodone and not even getting high from that amount. If you have any reservations whatsoever about trying subsolv, I am here to tell you, IT WORKS!!! And works really well! I'm so happy to have my life back after so long. There really aren't any words to describe how I feel. I never believed any of the things I read on these forums about how great this could work. Obviously, you have to be committed to getting clean and you will have to want it but this is definitely the tool you need to get you where you need to go!

I have been on suboxone for a few years, pay for them $480 a month as my ins. co would not cover them, recently United Health care start covering zubsolv ( just filled script 3- days ago), they do NOT work as well as suboxone strips and the zubsolv give me a headache, I and I'm hoping it doesn't get any worse.

NINNA: United has been covering Subutex/Suboxone for at LEAST 7 years. See if you can get back on the Suboxone. Or come up with a "Naloxone allergy" and get on Subutex...know what I'm saying?
