I take one Zoryl M1 twice daily. I want to know the generic name of this medicine and if there's any other similar alternatives available in India?

This contains the active ingredients Glimepiride and Metformin, so that would also be what the generic is available under.

However, I don't know what other name brands for it may be in India.

This is used to help lower and control blood sugar in people that are diabetic.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, weight changes, flatulence and hypoglycemia.
