drink tons of water and I mean as much as you can drink. that is the only sure way to get the levels in your urine under the threshold of what the drug can be detected at. it is usually in nanograms so you need to drink tons of water and even cranberry juice. start asap before you know your going to test. I work in a lab and I know what I am talking about

PLEASE someone that knows what they are talking about tell me how long Xanax will stay in your system!!! I have been taking Xanax 3 mg a day for about 4 months now and in about 3 weeks i have to take a 7 panel drug test for fieldwork. I am prescribed Klonipin 1 mg 3x a day but they do not work!!! So i have the Klonopin bottle i can show them if i show up positive but i am wondering if they will be able to tell on the 7 panel drug test that it is Xanax? and by me taking that much am i going to show up over the 0.0001ng?

Since you work in a lab maybe you can answer this for me i would appricate it!!!
