Its so easy!! I take it in the morning,30 minutes BEFORE breakfast! By the time its time to eat, you wont even fell hungry just very thirsty! Please remember to only take 1 pill a day! Alot of people say u need to exercise but to be honest with u , im a single mom of 3 kids and i dont have time. You will see results whether u exercise or not!! PLS keep me updated and good luck! : )

I started taking these pills 3 wks ago and I don't exercise bcs I don't have anytime with two active boys but I have lost 10lbs and with no side effects and I take them first thing in the morning with a glass of water.

Algodones is in mexico! I live in yuma and it takes me no more than 5 minutes to get there on the 8w fwy. You will see Billboards that will lead you straight to algodones mexico! Hope this info helps and good luck! : )

Algodones is not a store, its a little city in mexico! Sorry i forgot to give you that info!! There are like15 pharmasist ! Let them no what ur looking for. It is a white bottle with yellow and blue!! they have them on every pharmasy !!

I buy in T.J. Pharmacy is by Costco and across the street from Pacific Dental, just a mile from boarder or less. 100 caps, 15 mg. They asked $35.00, I said too much and the came down to $28.00. I said too much. I better go back and get them at that price.

You can get these pills at any pharmacy in TJ they are not hard to find at all they would run you about $28.00 US dollars

Efectos Adversos

Entre los efectos adversos más comunes aparece el aumento de la tensión arterial (5-10 % de los pacientes). El tratamiento con sibutramina debe suspenderse inmediatamente en caso de que los niveles de presión sanguínea superen los 145/95 mmHg en dos lecturas consecutivas.
Comúnmente se presentan síntomas de sequedad bucal, constipación, cefaleas e insomnio e incluso se han reportado algunos casos de psicosis, pero la droga es bien tolerada por la mayoría de los pacientes. Cabe mencionar que en Gran Bretaña y en Italia se suspendió la venta de sibutramina por graves efectos adversos (incluso muertes), pero aparentemente en pacientes cardiópatas mal controlados.
