Hi Carmen,
That happened for me too so I started taking the pill a few hours later in the morning. I drank a couple cups of coffee and just kept myself busy until 10:00am or 10:30am. I wouldnt recommend taking two in a day!

Thank you Angela for your comment. Do you recommend I have breakfast before the pill I am going to take the pill around 10:30.

Carmen, I eat half or a whole Zone Bar and drink coffee for breakfast. Its quick and easy and really quite filling with the coffee. Because it is balanced with carbs, protein, and nutrients, it is a great meal replacement. I like the Fudge Graham!

today is my first day on this pill. I feel ok. but I notice that my blood presure is higher 172-108 and I'm just sitting down. Also I have not been taking my pill in some time for high blood presure. can you still take this diet pill and hydrochlorothiazide or any other blood presure pills?

Mylaka, I am no doctor BUT i don't think you should take this pill if you have high blood pressure without a dr. approval. Just my opinion! There are side effects with the drug, one of which is it raises blood pressure. If you live in the states, your dr. will know it as Meridia or Reductil in other countries.

I would like to know if can i take orlistat with Yeduc?
I was taking Alli, but now i bought yeduc and i want stay taking Alli with yeduc? Is it dangeours?

i have been taking yeduck for almost a year and they have worked great for me and my siter we actually sheared our secret with one of my cousins and her big ass is lossing weight to we actually love the product and i have lost 30 lbs i dont take them daily and they do not make me sleepy at all they actually give me enegery and they do reduce my apitite.... but you do have to eat in order to loss the WEIGHT ....

I ran out out of pills Does anyone sell Yeduc pills around the L.A/Downey area?
I am interested in 2-3 bottles but i'll take whatever is availbale I really need them. I noticed that I stopped drinking them and I need to keep taking them because am gaining my weight back. I used to weigh 145 lbs and I dropped to 105 lbs. I really dont want to go to t.j I rather get them local. Please help. Thanks

I do know where that swapmeet is at but am hoping to find them a little cheaper. If not am either going to get them there or go myself to tj but since you need a passport and I dont have one its kinda been holding me back. I really do need them so am hoping to get some by this weekend. thanks

Fatgirl,

I wouldnt take Alli with Yeduc because Yeduc works great its all you need. See which one works better but try Yeduc for couple of weeks if not switch to Alli. Good Luck.

i first started on sibutramina like 8 months ago and lost 20pds in 3 months without any exercise. ive been going to the gym for 5 months now with no pills and only lost 4 pds in 3 of those months. give or take ive lost about 40pds in total. anyway today is the day i got a hold of more sibutramina and im planning to maintain my regular workout routines and taking the pill at the same time hopefully it wrks better this time around rather then the1st time i tried them with no exercise involved. im soooo excited! wish me luck!

Day 2, I felt good drank lots of water, b4 i only went to the restroom at work maybe once or twice today i went 5 times, wow my ring fill loose, and had breakfast, lunch and an apple at work didnt fill hungrey but I know you have to eat, had dinner a salad with a chicken breast.
