At the beginning I bought it for $1.00 each for a week then bought the bought for $65.00/100 pills at a swatweep called el pueblo on gage/alameda. I am on the third month and have only lost about 5 lbs. I guesss my stress level must be very high. Also I have noticed that at times I get this tingling on my upper back which is strange. I was also told that the alcachofas are great too with the pills. Any suggestions or advise. I really want to loose 50 lbs. I am currently at 180 but would love to be thinner. I am to the point that I also bought the faga colombiana which makes me look slimmer buy once I come out of it I am back to reality being chunky! Help with some advise. OH forgot to mention that I also have the Herbal life meal replacer for breakfast.

REPEAT OF YEDUC EXPERIENCE:

i went to TJ and got a cple bottles.... offered a few friends 10 pills each. 2 girls started this week and 2 others started last week. i got two responses. 1 a 22 yr old. still has weight from pregnancy. she said these pills were diff than any other. drinks double water and that they don't 'completely' supress her appetite BUT that the effect they have on her is that SHE FEELS FULL A LOT FASTER. she eats less than half what she regularly eats at meals and again drinks double the water. no jitters, etc.... second response from a 43 yr old mom. She has said pretty much the same thing: me da sed y no como tanto chuchada babosadas y me lleno rapidisimo sin ganas de comer demasiado' or i get thirsty and i don't eat junk and get full real fast without overeating...... so thats what i know thus far....

Hey, all I have to say that I was very disapointed with the yeduc. When I first tried it was great there was no hunger but then when I about a complete bottle everything changed. I must of bout imitation or something went wrong. I have to say now that I started Slim Plus I have already lost 2lbs in 4 days. There is no hunger but I still try to eat. I bought them at the swapmeet for $40.00 box of 30. I just went to L.A downtown and the same pill was for $27.00. I have to say that these pills are great. Love them vs. Yeduc

Hello people!!!! Well its been... let me see... about 3 weeks only :) I have not been taking the pills daily because I sometimes do not eat breakfast and it is realllllly bad to take these pills on an empty stomach... well i have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks if you add the days that I have taken the pills but in general it has been 3 weeks. After the 2nd week I started feeling the thirst real bad but I guess its good for me since I never drink water. I also took the pill after a ate little breakfast and cappucino (big mistake) I felt reallllllllyyyy bad afterwards... after that i have stopped taking the pills when i do not eat breakfast or so. I have not bought the alcachofa tea since I heard it tastes reallllly nasty so I guess I am passing on that one. starting tomorrow, i will try to take the pills daily because I think I am eating alot because of the holidays and feel like im gaining back the pounds. I still see no difference but my co-workers say they do. And to reply to Jennys question: sorry gurl... I just dunt trust people on the internet.. nuthing personal... just to tell you that i split my bottled with my co-worker and she hasn't even paid me or mentioned it so I really dunt want to get screwed over again... but they are really great pills though.. nuthing has worked for me like that before... also before the pills I lost 7 pounds and really looked like i lost more by injections and special diet but it was really hard and expensive to keep on so Inever went back. But these are so cheap and do much more than that... dunt really see the difference like the injection because the injection was for that purpose: to lose size. well peeps ill be back in about 2 more weeks for an update.

hello i used to weight 220lbs and in april 2009 i stared to take sibutranime it really works no side effects the only thing its that you have to drink lots lots of water. wich is really good because you won't be crabing junk fook. i have lost a total of 40 lbs my weight now its 180 and let me tell you that i can see the big difference. i recomended this phill.

I heard about yeducfrom my aunts who are taking it and I started to take yeduc about 2 weeks ago I'm not sure how much I've lost but I know I have lost weight. I looked up the side effects and the worst I found was that it increases your blood pressure so don't take it if you already have high blood pressure

my mom lives close to the border by Mexicali and my aunts and cousins were taking yeduc 15mg. they sell it there for about $48 for 100. my dad lives in Yuma, AZ and he got me a bottle of 100 for $18! i dont need to lose a lot. ive lost about 5lbs in about a month. so my question is do you take it BEFORE you eat breakfast or AFTER?? ive read through many of these posts and some say before, some after. Can someone who has had FAST results let me know how you took them.

Hi guys!! my name is Roel Sanchez and Im a Medical Nutritionist on Mexicali Mexico & Degree in Nutrition. Let me say something.
First sorry for my short english, im trying and learning....trust me.
Well I live in border, and here the nutrition, alimentation and life style it´s not a healthy. Currently im working with de goverment nutrition´s programs, for the children of primary and secondary schools. These programs are for Attacking the problem of childhood obesity and the consequences in the short and long term. Here on the border cup (rates) mortality is very high in comparison with the rest of the country (mexico) and let me say that I do not know who wrote this column in the New York Times, but it seems perfect to the recommendation that adolescents make.
I think we need to change all the bad eating habits, avoid eating junk food, avoid staying at rest all the time.
Just tihink about this....


Our grandparents died at what age?...
What kind of job they had when they were young?

and finally.... what kind of alimentation, nutrition and feeding they had????...... Well, to me is very worrying the fact that all these days we eat badly...... and de fisical activity & exercise....are forgotten... so.. think... what awaits us in the future if we continue with this lifestyle??.. whit this JUNK FOOD.... or.... FAST FOOD??..

I get my yeduc 15 mg from Mexico, and it does work. It simply stops the hunger symptoms completely for about 4 hours. I have lost 20 LB in about 4 months, going to 105 from 125 LB. No side effects that I notice, perhaps increased energy? Definitely worth a try for those few extra pounds that we pack on over the years!
