I dont buy herbalife direct. i go to this lil hole in the wall in the city of Hawthorne,(Washington st/El Segundo across from an elementary school) they open 6am - 10am & open again @ 5pm - 8pm... its basically your breakfast & dinner.. First you take warm/hot tea of aloe then a 2nd tea of herbs then ur shake. I drink the cookies & cream mixed with Coffee.. Its pretty good.. i just started taking Melaleuca is almost the same as Herbalife. The difference is you take a Fiber drink taste like Tang orange juice. 2nd herbar tea, then your shake. this product has only 3 flavors, vanilla strawberry & chocolate... I lost 3 lbs in a week.. i cheated a lil. but I'm NOT cheating this week see how it goes.... wish me Luck..
The reason I go to this lil hole in the wall.. You meet other people, men & women, You sit there for about 15 min. while you have your teas & shakes. They have competitions, who looses more lbs in a mnth you can win $$ from $100 - $300 dollars ( CASH ! not products) this motivates you.. They have these clubs everywhere there is no $ to join. Just pay as you go. This place has a thing called Membership. but all it is .. You pay $21 this buys you 7 shakes & she give you 1 free.. i do this because i pay & then i have to get my $'s worth .. lol.. i fell good so far & i met some nice ladies..

I took Yeduc about 30 days ago combined with Tonic Life BP. One of each pill in the morning 1/2 hr before breakfast. I have to be honest for 2 1/2 weeks was taking it everyday I stopped now and will start again in a couple of weeks so my body does not get use to the drug. I am not sure how much weight I have lost but I use to be a size 11 now my size 9 pants are lose. I have notices that I have lost most of my tummy area, but so has the back.

Thank you for sharing about the meal replacer shakes. I

Has any one noticed any side effects such as they get you fuzzy and fustrated? I was fine the first week but I have noticed that I tend to get upset quickly at things that are meaningless. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to take them or what should I do to calm my nerves down. I really want to loose the 50lbs which that is my goal.

i started taking yeduc 15 mg 2 weeks ago and i have lost 13 pounds i feel good the first week i had headaches and i was so sleepy all the time but that has wore off i have been exercising 1 hour a day 5 days a week but i am also taking a colon cleanser with this pill casue it causes constipation thanks for listening :)

I want to remind all that purchase and possesion of this is against US Law. Border patrol agents are overwhelmed with tracking down hard narcotics, and many dont have pharmaceutical training. So if you get away with it cool. WHen you take these pills make sure you drink lots of water and make sure you eat 3-5 small meals. if you are really active increase your meal portions. this will totally vanish hunger.

ok, I need some help. I am having a very hard loosing weight. I am through 1 month and half but I have only seem to have lost about 5 pounds. I am also taking the meal replacer which is Herbalife in the morning. Can anyone give me some suggestion. Pleaaaaase-- I need to loose weight.

When I took the Yeduc tablets I also took the Tonic Life BP it helps flush your sytem since it has fiber. I took a Yeduc in the morning and a Tonic Life at night (basicly 12 hrs difference)

ur loosing 2lbs a week & no pills that is great.. well so far i have lost 10 in 1 mnth.. I do both the breakfast & dinner of the Herbalife/Melaleuca, during the day i eat my regular meals, but half the size.. or just Campbells soup chicken noodles.. & lost of fruits..Keep up the good work Rosea In Sd...

Relax. It takes time . i didnt really believe on the herbalife, but i tried it. & it worked..But I take it 2 times a day.. In the mornings(9am) for breakfast & for diner (6:30pm) I try NOT TO EAT after my diner shake.. if i get hungry i eat a can of chiken noodle soup from cambells soup.. or a very small bowl of cereal (wheat) OR fruit.. usually an apple, pear, or NUTS.(almonds makes ur tummy feel full) eat something small just for my tummy to b happy.. but i dont eat & then go to sleep. & over do it.. drink lots of water too.. that helps

I am back with more updates...I stop walking for a week and was feeling depressed. I don't eat like I used too, and peoplehave notice my small but healthy wt. loss. I bought my products to make my shakes athome, I just got some more YEDUC pills last night. I am starting them today for 2 weeks, and continuing Herbalife. YOU MUST GET YOUR BODY to get used to EXERCISING even if it's 20 min daily. I am a size 14,remember I used to be almost a 20. I am trying not as hard,but my determination is there. Good Luck, one of these day I will do a website of before/after etc... GOOD LUCK

No they don't irritate me @ all. I take them with a full glass of water. & in 15 mins later i go get my herbalife... well its Melaleuca, its almost the same thing. just that you get a glassd of fiber, then hot tea & last ur shake.. that fills my tummy..

I recently visited TJ and purchased a bottle of Yeduc it has 100 pills and was about $35. I've been taking them for one week and have already lost 6 lbs.

dear kami, you posted that you lost 27 lbs in 3 months... what were u eating? i have been taking Yeduc for 2 months, walking an hour a day and have lost 12lbs. i would love to lose another 10 in one month! can u give me a few tips... or anyone .. can you give more tips on what to eat for dinner.

oh, and i take my Yeduc with a Vinagre de Manzana pill (2 x per day for this one). my friend who turned me on to Yeduc says to take this too. is anyone familiar with this? keeping my fingers crossed that this month i will lose 12-15lbs. i feel as though i am at a stand still now after 2 months.

Angela...I've been taking yeduc with alcachofa ampouls, they come in a drinkable solution . I purchased them in TJ but you can probably find them online. I take the alcachofa with juice before breakfast, wait 30 min. And then take yeduc. I realy recommend it.

ATTN: Mily, you submitted a posting a little over a month ago indicating you live about 5 min from TJ and would be willing to purchase the pills if anyone was interested. I AM VERY INTERESTED! I currently weigh 270 and am desperate. I was advised by my doctor to loose weight for health reasons and I feel hopeless.
