I started taking YEDUC for one week now. I don't feel any difference?? Other than very dry mouth. I tend to feel hungry much sooner than usual. But I have not lost any weight. I am starting to work out this week. I hope to see a bigger change. I need to loose at least 20lbs in 2 mths.
Does anyone have a good plan I can try to loose as much weight as I CAN??

The South Beach Diet and Suzanne Somers is good. Both have worked for me anyway. My side affects with the Yudec is the headaches for the first week and has caused serious breakouts for me. I'm in my 40s and have sensitive skin with some breakouts on occasion. But wholly cow, I breakout like a pubescent teenager with this stuff. I noticed that the more water I drank the better I felt, the skin seemed to keep clearer and the weight fell off. Also, please be careful with any strenuous exercise too. Walking and stretching are best on this stuff. I’ve lost 27 lbs. That’s all I wanted in 3 months. I took it slow as to not put it back on and not be flabby. Weight loss is such a personal mission with many motives behind it - Good luck to you all. skin and break out like a pubesent teenager

Hi well my sister has been taking the yeduc pills and she has lost like 35 pounds..so i've decided to take them but i'm afraid they can interfere with a birth control pill im taking. so i was wondering you guys know if it interferes with birth control pills????

hey guys,
i just got back from mexico yesterday and i puchased some yeduc from a pharmacy, and yes, they still do sell it. i am actually wondering if it actually works, like legit. and if i am taking birth control and antidepressants, will it complicate that?

to everyone who just began to take this pill. it really works. i was worried in the beginning because i had heard that people were losing weight really fast. i began yeduc on june 16/2009 i weighed 155 and wore a size 11. i took it for 20 days and hadnt noticed any big difference. i had only lost about 5 ibs i had dry mouth and was still real hungry the first week. but by the second week i wasnt hungry . i had to force myself to eat. i eat smaller portions of everything now.i just finished 40 days of it. i weight about 135. i fit into a size 9 comfortably. some are even loose. so to all of you who have not noticed any difference. just be patient. i didnt feel over weight before and i think that is why it takes a little longer to work. i dont excercize at all.not even walk daily. i still eat junk food. i eat the same just smaller portions. i dont wait until i'm hungry to eat i try to snack throughout the day. and i take 1 pill a day first thing in the morning on an empty stomache. i'll keep everyone updated on my progress. i just noticed that many of you hadnt seen a change and were getting worried so i wanted to share what i knew... i was also told to take it until you reach your desired weight... but once you stop taking the pills you should not go back to you old eating habits cuz obviously your going to gain the weight back again....

Hi everyone!! i just started mine today and i do feel a little sleepy and YES you are suppose to take them before breakfast.My cousin is taking them too and told me they work great.I bought YEDUC SIBUTRAMINA in mexicali...100capsules 15mg for $30 dollars!!!!! and are sold at any pharmacy. I would'nt beleave anything that i justed read about everybodies comments BUT my uncle is a doctor and recommended
this to me and my cousin, and ofcourse he would'nt recommend them to us if they whered dangerous.

Hi Everyone....just thought, I'd give those interested in purchasing yeduc a heads up: I just saw a posting on ebay and the seller is pricing a 100 count bottle of Yeduc for $50 w/free shipping: just type in Yeduc in the search box and it will take you directly to page. I know some of us who aren't near the TJ or Mexicali have been shopping around for sellers; and this has been the BEST offer ($50); I know some people here have posted that they buy the bottles for $30 & they are willing to purchase and mail for a small fee, however, they charge $70 (+) for the pills. That to me is NOT a small fee. It is more than double the actual price. I understand that one wants to make some kind of profit, but PLEASE be a little more reasonable.

I live 5 miutes from TJ, and if you want YEDUC I can pick some up,but it will be $55.00dlls a 3 month supply. It will take me time to cross,and wait to cross back,so please consider all that.

I have been taking the Yeduc pill and I lost 30 pounds within 3 months,, I had no side effects, I been exercising too.. However it does get me very thirsty... But I love it, since I only have to take it once a day, and I only take it monday-friday

OMG I can not believe you guys are paying that much for this pills, I live in L. A. and I buy the pills in Tj for about 27 dlls for 100 pills, people do take advantage of people who dont know, Im really sorry, I wish I could help you guys.

I buy my pills in san luis mexico for 7 dollars a 30 pills - 1 month supply and for 90 pills - 3 month supply its only 18 dollars its crazy how people try to rip off. This pills are a miracle so I'm willing to help out some people out to reach your dream weight by buying them for you for the price I pay.
