Yaz Or Althea Pills?

Hi i just want to know if yaz and althea pills have the same effect? which one is better? i've tried yaz pills before and my mens became regular but know im having problems with my menstrual cycle again because i had hormal imbalance and have stopped taking yaz for a year already and i visited my OB and asked me to take althea pills.

Yes, they are both hormonal contraceptives that prevent pregnancy and can help regulate your cycle.

Has any testing been done to see which hormones are imbalanced?

HI I WOULD LIKE TO ASK PO BECAUSE I AM A USER OF ALTHEA FOR ABOUT 2 MOS. AFTER MY LAST TAKING OF ALTHEA MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE SEEMS TO STOP AND START IRREGULARLY. IS THIS NORMAL? THANKS

Hi my Name is Perloe, i have irregular menstruations eversince, this year january i already had a check up to an ob and she prescribed an Althea Pills for me to have a regular menstruation and its my two months now taking Althea Pills, but my ObGyne Advised me to take my Pills every 3rd Day of my menstruation i was just confused it is ok if i dont drink it on first and take it on my 3rd day?, my friends told me to take it on first day so that i cant be pregnant.I have my first day of menstruation last february 29 and i start my first pill on my third March 2 as my obGyne advised me, i am safe to pregnancy eventhough i dont drink it on first day?., i have irregular menstruation that’s why my ob prescribed me to drink Althea Pills. thanks

I am a 1st time user of Althea pills.. I finish the 21 tablets and its my 8thday and my menstruation didn't arrive is it normal for the 1st time user? I decided to start another pack of Althea now because its my 8thday is it OK.. Thank you

Hello po...i started using althea on the very first day of my menstruation...though i missed taking one pill on the 20th day but i did not have intercourse on that missed pill day...only on the following night that i took my pill regularly...my menses was april 21st but until now i dont have my menses... I have headaches most of the time...This is my first time using althea...I was on daphne before.
