Will Zantac150 Make You Fail A Drug Test

I have to take zantac150 and i have random drug test at work and ive heard it will make you fail a drug test. I was just concerned. And need to know ASAP!

It is not a common occurence, but yes, the Ranitidine, which is the active ingredient in Zantac can cause a false positive for Amphetamines, it really depends on the reliability of the test.

It might be a good idea to let them know that you are taking it, just in case.
