Why Triptomer Is Used For

Dear Sir/Madam
From last 0ne year iam suffering from shoulders pain.
I used painkillers, but no relief. One Doctor prescribed me Triptomer 10 mg. Can I use it, but Iam suffering with somuch of pain, even iam not able to wear my shirt & not able to lift my hand.
