I was told that the pill was a {10mg dillawdid?sp?}, but I think they were wrong.
The pill is white oval/oblong, with a line on one side and Watson 325 on the other side. I think it may just be hydrocodone, or vicodin.
can someone help me please, because they are not doing a very good job of easing my back pain!

The pill imprint "Watson 325" does not show up under any of the U.S. drug databases.

Did you by chance mean to say Watson "385" or "335" rather than "325"? These two other options also fit your physical description of the pill.
Watson 385 is Vicodin (500mg - 7.5mg), while Watson 335 is identified as Acyclovir (400mg).

If neither of these are a match, do you think you might have a fake pill? (based on where you got it from).

One possible reason for it not showing up is that this pill may have been discontinued for some time and therefore is no longer listed. I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy to see if they have any particular way of testing for ingredients. If not, they should at least be able to provide advice on where you can get it lab tested (locally). If it is Vicodin, that would explain why it's not as powerful as what you were told it was. Dilaudid is considered to be much stronger.

I hope this helps!
