On one side it has an imprint of 500 with a score on both sides of the number 500 like this: -500-
On the other side it has an imprint of a diamond with the letters JCL within the diamond.

Hello, Nick! How are you?
This has come up before and from the limited information I can find in foreign resources, it is manufactured by a Palestinian company and the only 500mg tablet they make contains Acetaminophen/Paracetamol.
It is used to treat pain and fever. The FDA lists the side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
Is anyone else familiar with this tablet?
