What Is The Best Sleeping Pill?
UpdatedHi everyone. I'm just wondering which medication most of you consider to be the best sleep aid? Of course I've heard of the ever popular Ambien, Lunesta, etc. There are also over the counter products such as Tylenol PM and Advil PM which combine Diphenhydramine with Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen respectively. Lastly, there are certain natural treatments to help one sleep such as Melatonin. I'm looking for a consensus as to which one you think would be the most effective with the least side effects. Any thoughts appreciated!
