Why is Pur bloka being used in the treatment of migraine and Anachroid cyst?

Pur-Bloka contains the active ingredient propranolol hydrochloride, in doses of 10 or 40mg tablets.

Propranolol Hydrochloride's principal effect is to reduce the response of the heart to stress and exercise and it reduces blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

The indications for this drug however, have no apparent relation to Arachnoid cysts or migraine headaches. The only conclusion I can reach is that Propranolol may help with specific symptoms or your body's response to such conditions; possibly allowing your body to relax when either of these conditions could make someone restless with insomnia. Just a thought.. but I hope this helps!

This contains the active ingredient Propranolol, which is a beta blocker and, while they are most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions, but their very nature, such as the ability to relax blood vessels, they can help treat some migraines.

I have no information on it being used to treat cysts, though.

I have a serious sleeping problem. I go 2 sometimes 3 nights in a row without falling asleep. My doctor prescribed to me a sleeping pill Stilnox for 2 weeks and then suddenly stopped because he was concerned that I'd become dependent on it. Problem is, I still can't sleep. Is there no milder sleeping pill I can take that can reduce the risk of dependency?

i was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and my doctor put me on pur-bloka, it works wonders for me as i've not been getting that very fast heart beat i used to get, but my problem is sleeplesness and i am always tired,can this be as a result of this medication?

Initial heart rate was 92bm final as 166bm,in order to reduce to a rate of 60bm to 135bm approximately how many dosage should one take per day due to work related as a miner goin underground for 8hrs per day picking up heavy equipment of 20kg or 30kg with a pur-bloka of 10 tablets per day how many should I take ?

I have a very unsteady right hand and when I am in a meeting or the centre of focus, it shakes even more. My pharmacist prescribed pur-bloka@10 for me to take. I sleep well. I've noticed that my hands are slightly more steady now. But have not been in a stressful situation to comment on any significant improvement.
